I read today another news article about Korean sex slaves working in massage parlors. I have a different side of the story. No one writes about this different side. It maybe is not good news for reading. But is true. So which is right? Which is the one to read? Here is my side of story.

The government has no reason to let her leave South Korea and won't until bribed or exporter bribes big lawyer to get her papers). So she is "free" to leave South Korea. She is taken to Mexico and then waits to go to America. Her managers get her a passport to America under someone's name, and she goes to New York. She knows what is happening. She knows she is a fake person. She knows she is taking big risk. She is after money, and freedom (mostly freedom). She is not stupid. She had nothing before, and no choice and no future. Now she has possibility. She will risk everything, and knows this. Most were whores in Korea already. They can never undo that. In Korea, they are whore forever and their children are whore children. They have no future. No options. This way, maybe children can have options for better?
In New York, she has choices. Work in factory - all day for little money, under nasty boss. Work in restaurant. Very dirty work, very hard, little pay, nasty boss. Or if she is pretty, she can try massage work. If she is big whore, she can go direct to whore place. She has to want it. She has to try and learn and work hard. Again, she is not stupid. She knows what she is choosing to do for money and choice. Many women will whore for their keepers and managers to stay out of hard work, too. It is not forced. It is what they chose to do. I'm broke, so I've gone only 4 times this year. I used to do as much in one week. I'm not penalizing the girls for my situation: it's not their problem. I actually could get it for free from my ATF, but won't. I don't want handouts, do you?!

Missy should be read by a lot more people, that's for sure.
It's easy to view the MP world in terms of mongers and whores, and feel superior thinking it's about greed, losers, slaves, and men too horny for their wives.
I know because I used to.
But go back to her last paragraph: it perfectly defines the experience for me... for an hour, in a quiet and darkened room, the problems and pains of the world cease to exist. No phone, no job, no traffic, no hassle, no lies. Just me and her.
The fact that the girl is (often) a complete stranger who speaks little of my language makes it even better, stripped of all pretense.

YES! Missy, you are right and your message is as powerful as usual. Your voice is a necessary counterpoint to all the misinformation that we are fed by feminists with an agenda and LE agencies in need of justifying their existence.
Are there sex slaves in this world? I am SURE of it. Some are white westerners kidnapped and held captive in harems. It's unfortunately easier to harass a few consenting Asians (often illegal aliens) and their johns here in the name of "morals" than to bust some sheik or Saudi prince that our govt is in bed with for his country's oil.
Like the previous poster, I had serious concerns about supporting a system exploiting and harming people when I started going to MPs. I'll actually admit to having doubts about some "establishments" where the girls seem desperate to get out or where "protection" from pimps/gangs is likely. Never patronized those twice.

Thank you "Missy". That story is powerfully written from a number of angles, and one that needs be told. I will try to spread that as there are MANY men who feel as I do, which is as you have descibed so well and yet who also worry that we are supporting something that may be harmful more than helpful to the women involved. For many years I have beleived and stated that the actual situation is way more complicated than the newspaper stories, and that it is UNLIKELY that Korean women are for the most part "slaves against their will", mainly because too many of them have too good an attitude and eventually you would run into SOME that were just in terror and could not "act", and I never have even once. Not that some are not "better" than others at the game, but none have ever seemed truly unhappy or seeminly threatened or said anything that would even hint at such a thing. Your story is poigniant because it belies such true sorrow about our world, Korean social stigma and patriarchy beyond the scope of American understanding, and American puritanical hypocracy that keeps good men from feeling OK about their sexual and sensual needs and keeps people in sometimes unhappy situations while doing all they can for their famillies and "release" being illegal and a social stigma. Thank you Missy, and may your life find its way to fulfillment and a healthy path, for which we all strive and hope. Now onto busienss, WHERE CAN ONE GET $80 to $120 DEALS?? In CT seems to be more like $160+?! hahahaha - only joking, I always overtip when I can afford it, the women ARE worth it and American options are double the price for the same quallity anyhow!
