The Chinese massage parlor is one of the more interesting, but I have to rely on my male friend for this information because I have never had the privilege of working in one. I am not Chinese, nor am I "spanish", and from what I understand only Chinese and "spanish" ladies work in Chinese massage parlors.
Why Chinese? Obviously because the owners/operators understand the Chinese ladies. But why "spanish"? Because the Chinese owners/operators believe that American customers like "spanish" ladies. I also have been told that Chinese owners think the spanish massage ladies aren't too smart for them to manage. Chinese owners will not generally hire Korean massagers, as they feel the Koreans are very smart and will somehow take the business away fro them, or be difficult to manage. Latinas are perceived as less aggressive and more easily hired and fired.
