Personally I have never seen Billy Joel or Harry Reasoner or Frank Sinatra in any massage parlor where I have worked, nor have any of my lady friends. That would be just too exciting!

YMMV, DATY, Russian, HE, GFE, and PSE are VERY MUCH in use.
I've long suspected that "Harry Reasoner" and "Frank Sinatra" are East Coast euphemisms.
