To get to the brothels, take Nevada State Route 160 northwest from Las Vegas for about sixty miles. You can't miss the billboards announcing Pahrump, Nevada, home of the famous Chicken Ranch and Sheri's Ranch.  If you continue north on U.S. 95 another 10-20 minutes and you'll see Cherry Patch Ranch, Mabel's Ranch, Cherry Patch 2, Angel's Ladies Ranch, and the Shady Lady Ranch.
